By using or purchasing from Apotheca Wellness Inc., you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and products.

All products sold by Apotheca Wellness Inc. are intended for laboratory research use only.
They are not for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic use, or therapeutic applications.
The purchaser assumes all responsibility for proper handling, storage, and lawful research use.
3. Eligibility
Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to purchase research chemicals within their jurisdiction.
4. Ordering & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Payment must be received in full before an order ships. Apotheca Wellness Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its discretion.
5. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices and availability may change without notice. Applicable taxes are charged at checkout in accordance with provincial and federal laws.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to eligible destinations only. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Apotheca Wellness Inc. is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted once a product has shipped. Damaged or incorrectly shipped items may be replaced at our discretion.
